The receptionist promptly facilitated a change from a twin room to a double room with no issues. breakfast provided a lot of variety, especially the cooked options (the scrambled eggs were excellent). the location is a quiet side street. Bars and shops are only a short walk away.
I think more nespresso pods should be available free of charge. Buying them from a local shop seems a bit inconvenient.

the hotel sits close to many tourist attractions, yet it remains wonderfully quiet at night. several restaurants are also nearby, providing plenty of dining options. i noticed good access to public transport.

the staff was beyond nice, showing genuine care. they offer laundry service, which is convenient for travellers. i found that the reception staff spoke very good english and were always available to assist with requests.

our junior suite was spacious and comfortable. it easily accommodated us for several days. the bed provided great sleep.. the staff were polite. breakfast in the dining room was also delicious. i appreciated these aspects.
I wish the television had been larger. I also think another television in the bedroom would be nice.

The breakfast was of a high quality. it had a buffet of pastries, cakes and other things. there was also a fruit cocktail, yogurts and cereal. the location was also wonderful. It was on a quiet cobblestone street.
I think my expectations were too high. i arrived late evening by transfer and found the door locked. nobody was at reception. the beds were dreadful. They were rock hard.
